Verizon Up on the MyVerizon App is going to have 7 days of holiday rewards, starting 12/12, going through 12/18. These rewards do not require a credit to redeem. E-mail regarding this states to grab rewards early. These rewards appear in a section called "Bonus Rewards", the middle section between "Your Rewards." and any Super Ticket rewards being offered.
Rewards are:
12/12: $5 Amazon Gift Card
12/13: $10 off select accessories
12/14: $5 AMC Gift Card
12/15: $70 off Canary Security System
12/16: $25 Restaurant.com eGift Card
12/17: 50% off Belkin Power Bank
12/18: $5 Starbucks Gift Card
A tip: If you have more than one line on your account, get MyVerizon access for each line so you can multiply the free rewards.

I received an email yesterday, logged in around 6am to grab.
Was much easier than old reward program with daily deal.

I've had the error since yesterday. I chatted with a rep who instructed me to sign out and reinstall the app but it's still not working.

I have the same issue on my end from multiple phones. Funny how this happens around the time they're giving away free gift cards.
It never went down, while it was available.
