    This is like expensive trash. Got a couple of cheaper ones for my daughter. She was so excited. Opened them up. Played with them for 10 minutes. Never touch them again. Frown

    The deal is good savings wise, but these LOL packs are actually getting worse and worse. Got some for my daughter last year, and you get very little for your money. They count tiny shoes as pieces, and load you with accessories that don't fit. Kids love it though. I guess the best part is the 'surprise' experience. Can't wait til this fad is over. I'd rather know what I'm paying for.

    It is a great deal on L.O.L Bigger Surprise. There are very frugal arguments against these toys. There are also frugal arguments against big screen TVs that have incremental video improvements and modest technical changes that cost significantly more than cheaper TVs. However the need for an item does not matter in Slickdeals otherwise you would literally never have a luxury item featured.

    If your kid likes L.O.L. dolls then this is a must have. At $30 off list and $10 off other big brands (Walmart/Target) this is a good deal. Shopkins, LOL, Cabbage Patch Kids, G.I. Joe, Tranformers.... doesn't matter that almost all toys since toys became a part of childhood are complete wastes of money. They're still what kids want.

    TL DR - this is a very good deal on a very popular Christmas toy. If you are the Grinch stay away. If you are looking for a slick deal that will make a 5-7 year old girl's Christmas this is a pretty smart play.
