tl;dr: Wyze contracts with another company to handle video streaming across your WAN to your phone, and previously that company did some kind of load balancing across global servers... which did include foreign IP addresses. Wyze reworked their agreement with the contractor and this is no longer the case:

Yeah but getting charged nearly $9 for shipping 2 cameras basically makes it the same as Amazon with slower shipping.

I had two in my cart last night and it went OOS. Is there any way of being notified when it comes back in stock or do I have to just keep checking?

Funny thing is usually target still has in stock but Google express will say out of stock. I'm sure another deal will pop up for these though.
