Virginia is super strict and no VA Costco has liquor! It's in N.E. DC.

Most, if not all, states regulate liquor prices....so it's highly likely that this is a local "sale" only.

It's solid bourbon, but not better than Eagle Rare, imo.

Agreed. Better than WT but Eagle Rare is a notch above Knob. Still a solid bourbon
