So we have had this bread maker now for a few years. I looks like the one at least.
Some tips:
We pre-measure the flour and put it in little bags in the freezer. Doesn't seem like a big deal, but just pulling it out of the fridge and adding the rest of the ingredients without having to pull out the flour bag is a big time saver.
There are two mixing impellers. I think that is what they are called. The pan is more or less non-stick so the bread comes out easily. After the bread is out, we usually put the baking pan in the sink and put water in it to loosen the cooked bread off the impellers. You don't have to do this, but it makes it very easy to remove them and you won't risk scratching the nonstick coating.
The timer is great. We set it up at night and have it set to have bread done by the time we wake up. Its awesome getting up and having fresh bread.
Seriously, this is one of the most used appliances we own. We make bread at least once per week. The bread also freezes well. Our toaster is from panasonic and it has a frozen toast button that does a good job with frozen bread if we don't finish it after a few days.
Anyway, its a great machine, we use it often and we love the little guy.

Yes and no.
I'm looking at getting a bread maker after our pediatrician told the wife to go dairy/soy/gluten free for the remainder of breastfeeding. A very small loaf of gluten free bread is $7 and doesn't taste that good. Even if we were only doing soy free, those loafs are around $4-5. Soy is in everything so making your own bread is great for that.
I won't be spending this kind of money on a bread machine though. I realize it's a good brand but I'm waiting for one to drop around $50 that has a gluten free setting.
