I can't justify the price for this I don't camp enough - but what a cool item!

I have this one but in green. It is a bit on the heavy side use it more for glamping but it fits everything you need and everything you "might" need.

If weight is not an issue the Coleman unit is not in the same class as the Cabella's unit.

Not familiar with the Coleman, but I've been camping for years with the same group of families. One always brings their Cabelas camp kitchen. The sink has been a game changer for us. It's a bit fussy to use, but it is very functional. And it makes a huge difference if the alternative is carrying a bunch of dirty dishes potentially several dozen yards to the bathhouse or dish washing station. Or setting up a bunch of plastic tubs and doing them on the ground.

I have this one and it's light weight and folds into a small case. Great for parks and beaches.

Planet Fitness "$99 for 1 year!" promotion - YMMV

Heavy is good, heavy is reliable. If it does not work, you can always hit them with it.

I've always heard these are hard to use for taller folks so I have always shied away from these setups. Anyone have this?
