NO PURCHASE REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN
ELIGIBILITY: The Passport to Iron City Premiere Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation ("Fox"), KansasExp, LLC ("KE"), the Sweepstakes's other promotional affiliates ("Promotional Affiliates") and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by KansasExp, LLC (the "Sponsor").
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
articipation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
PROMOTION PERIOD. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 am ET on Tuesday, January 8, 2019, and ends at 11:59 pm ET on Friday, January 18, 2019 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries submitted prior to or after the Promotion Period will be disqualified.

US Mail Entries: To enter by US mail, simply complete a standard size postcard (not to exceed 6" x 10") or a piece of paper in a standard size envelope (not to exceed 6" x 10") with your name, address (including zip code), phone number (including area code), and e-mail address, and mail to: KansasExp, Attn: Passport to Iron City Premiere Sweepstakes, 1441 Broadway, Suite 2301, New York, NY 10018. All mail entries must be postmarked by Friday, January 18, 2019 and received by Monday, January 21, 2019. Limit five (5) Sweepstakes entries per person via US mail. Each entry must be sent separately.
LIMIT: Six (6) Sweepstakes entries per personSponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries; interrupted or unavailable network servers; or other connection miscommunications, failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions, or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic that may affect the Sweepstakes entry process. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Use of any automated system or agency relationship to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
WINNER SELECTION: Within ten (10) business days after the end of the Promotional Period, Sponsor will select a winner from the group of eligible entrants. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor will pick the potential winner through a random drawing from among all eligible entrants. Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner(s) via mail, email or phone within two (2) days of winner selection. If the potential winner does not respond within two days (2) after the first attempt to contact him/her, the entrant will be disqualified. The Sponsor will then randomly select another winner(s).
REQUIREMENTS OF THE POTENTIAL WINNER: Except where prohibited, the potential winner(s) will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (the "Affidavit/Release") and IRS Form W-9 within five (5) days of being notified. If the potential winner fails to sign and return the Affidavit/Release within the required time period, an alternate entrant will be selected in his/her place per Section 6 herein.
PRIZE:
Six (6) Grand Prize Winners: Each Grand Prize Winner will receive a pair of tickets to the Alita: Battle Angel U.S. movie premiere in Los Angeles
Six (6) Second Prize Winners: Each Second Prize Winner will receive entry to the Lightstorm Museum in Los Angeles for a private tour with a Lightstorm employee
Twelve (12) Third Prize Winners: Each Third Prize Winner will receive a pair of tickets to a promotional screening of Alita: Battle Angel in either New York City, NY or Austin, TX
Twelve (12) Fourth Prize Winners: Each Fourth Prize Winner will receive a signed Alita: Battle Angel movie poster and a one-year subscription to LootCrate (ARV: $239.88).
