Mine were pretty easy... Novocaine and pliers FTW.. that's how mine were taken out.

I'm glad I was put to sleep. laugh out loud They had to do actual surgical removal (cutting the gums)

They were probably impacted then, break the tooth and take out the pieces.
Mine were not impacted, The dude just numbed it, took this little pick and hit it side to side, grabbed some pliers, gave it a little pull, then did the pick thing again, and pull and voila... out came the tooth, whole.
