Lowe's staff said all clearance items are for pickup only, they will not deliver or install clearance items. (THIS IS YMMV, was told free delivery if over $400 but they can make exception)
Warning: When I was at Lowes (1/12/2019), they had this clearance going on. It caught my eyes that 90% of the dozen or so washer/dryers they had put out, said "no manufacturer's warranty" on them!
It was a deal breaker for me. *** This should not be a deal breaker for anyone. The manufacturer's 1 year warranty (typically it is this length) is included on all purchases, even those that say no mfr.warranty.***

I could only find one of the washers or dryers within 100 miles of me as in stock but it's not available on Lowes.com.
If you had to drive a bit, I'd just call the store to see if they have it and hold it for you. Lowe's generally isn't like Walmart where you have employees buying it instead and these aren't price mistakes.
