How are they behaving with $5 or more item and $5 or less item. (Fish oil)?
Been having trouble at my store with coupons last week.
1st trip, $10 Osteo coupons did not scan, nor the $5 NBounty & $2 Optimal. FE guy gave me grief saying "One per purchase per customer" blah blah blah but finally put them (4 Osteo and other NB) through.
2nd trip, different day. Tried for 3 Osteo, but same FE guy was on and same thing, but also enunciated the "per customer". So, WTF does that mean? What else could it be? Should I get my DH here so 2 of us can do the same transaction? Had 2 IP's and one insert, said he'd take one insert and one IP.. Ok, took one item off. Said its the rule now (is it only if it says that on coupon? ....They ALL say that!!) i didn't have NB in this 2nd trans. I think $10 ones need key cause of $$ amount.
I want to buy maybe 2 Fish oil in a trans for the Cat. Don't know if they won't scan at all, or just for under $5. I can do another trans (go in and out) if they scan ok.
I know we say 'they beep", but for me, I don't hear a beep, just silence. Maybe I'm just so intent on the screen and don't notice.?

The $5 Nature's Bounty go through with $.50 "O" but depends on the cashier if you can use 1 or 2 (a big "if" if you can even find the fish oil in stock!) . Got 2 yesterday but no $3 cat came out.
Only been using 1 $10 Osteo at a time. The cashiers don't seem to like the high amount on coupon so only sticking to 1 at a time. No beeps on the insert coupon.
Thanks for posting or re-posting. Was working every day last 2 weeks--pretty much half alive over here... In the WIKI now. Same thing happened to me with Chock Full o Nuts. Ecoupons did not come off for me either. On sale again for next week. $.99 is a good price.
Re the CFON, I did call CS (got right through for a change), and they apologized and will credit me the $4 as a Customer Care Credit. They didn't know why the ecpn didn't come off. I did notice a sign in the store that it was only being extended a few days, but on the computer, it was another week after that. Maybe there was just some problem with the end date. I see you posted $1.99 for next week, but I don't have any paper coupons, and I have enough now anyway. I mix it with some better coffees, so I'm all set. Did you call them about your ecpn not coming off or did you just not buy it? If you bought it, you should call them.

Did your coupons go thru without intervention?
I didn't see any signs up about this, and the $5 coupons have gone through without beeping.
