Also, here's a recipe for mustard sauce to go with corned beef, I've had numerous people who told me they hate corned beef make the sauce and now they say they love corned beef, but only if there's mustard sauce to go with it:
1 egg yolk / 2/3 cup brown sugar / 1/2 cup dijon mustard / 1/2 cup cider vinegar, all into a cold pan, whisk it up over low heat until simmering, keep whisking about 10 minutes until it starts feeling thicker, it thickens up some more when it cools. Should also be good with ham. Double it up if you're making more than one corned beef.

Beyond cat and dog food have SR ecoupons this week (cheaper at Stop & Shop if you can stack).. My picky kitty even ate the Beyond dry cat food so I will get more. It looks like it's better than the Purina he was eating. I've tried all brands. He ate Blue Cat for a couple days but that was it.
At Lidl this week: whole white mushrooms, 8 oz. 2 for $2. cream cheese block, original are still $.99 each limit 4 this week and next week.. Same for butter-$2.49 limit 2 this week + next.
