People concerned about region lock:
The Nintendo Switch is not region locked when it comes to individual, physical cartridges. Any of them from anywhere in the world will work with a Switch from anywhere in the world.
HOWEVER, while the Switch isn't region locked, it is possible that the same game from different regions may have slight differences. In that case, it means that the DLC from your home region's eShop (say, North America) may not be compatible with a physical cartridge from Europe, if the Euro version of the cartridge is different from the North America version. There are ways around this -- you can create a Nintendo account from that region to download DLC, but it can be a pain to line up payment options and whatnot.
How do I know if the cartridges are the same across regions?
Does the same game have several entries with different Title IDs? Then there are different versions floating around in those regions listed. Many many games do not have this problem, though some notable exceptions are Splatoon 2 and Xenoblade Chronicles 2.
For additional verification you can cross reference that table with https://eshop-prices.com. Notice how their entry for Xenoblade Chronicles 2[eshop-prices.com] has a warning about differences between regions. Note that this site only deals with the digital versions on the eshop, but it probably gives a clue that physical versions are or are not the same as well.
Updates vs DLC:
Keep in mind that even if you have a game in a different region, anything that comes down the pipe as an update will work fine regardless. The only question is actual DLC that you have to select to download separately.
For the games in this deal:
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate - one version
DK Tropical Freeze - one version
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe - one version
Super Mario Odyssey - one version
Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu is the only one that gives me any pause because while there's only one Title ID in the switchbrew site's table, it only specifies the digital version and not the physical. Could just be an oversight. There's also no DLC for it at this time (nor announced that I can find) but either way it's probably still okay. eshop-prices.com though indicates it's the same in every region.
I guess you can't really fake video games but the last time I bought a product from them it was a fake. Bought a PS4 controller for 29.99$. IDENTICAL to the official one. A month passed by and the keys got sticky and the analog sticks would move my characters on their own. What gave it away it was fake?
#1 input the serial number when I tried to do a warranty repair through Sony's website. Serial number does not exist
#2 if you watch YouTube videos comparing identical fakes you can make out the clicking noises how different they are compared to the original and much more stuck they get.
Too bad I already bought all these games (haven't had time to play them) the price is good now.. should have waited to buy them but I hope they have a sale on the pro controller again as I would be interested in getting 1 more
