I know this is an old post but I just came across it...

The lowest price was $14.99 back in November 24th, 2017 (Black Friday I'm guessing). Just one example of how the lowest price so long ago doesn't really matter unless you have 5 years or so to wait around until it ever drops that low (if it ever does again, since another Black Friday came and went since then and it didn't drop that low).
