The top ITC may get torn off when I tear it out but no, they generally simply ring in the coupon. I walk up, put the items in the counter in order and say 'this is the 20% off, this is the free item' and then hand them the rest of the coupons.

The store is 5 minutes away.
I hate when that happens. Glad I'm not alone, wonder if there is a support group for bad rippers. Frown

Yeah there is. But I went in the wrong room, turned out to be the support group for bad strippers. I didn't mind, they had donuts.

Does anyone have a Q for the Roller Cabinet, 26" 8 Drawer with 8 Drawer Top Chest
US General Pro - item#67831 Looking for under $300.

And a Q for Tool Cart, Five Drawer, 700 lbs. Capacity
U.S. General - item#95272 for under $160..
There may be better individual Qs out there for say the 44" cabinet ($10 cheaper) but these are pretty much the the standard Q prices at the moment.

I've noticed that, within the last year or so, HF has wised up and started coating the 44" chests with a glossy finish. Unfortunately, my setup is the older matte finish, and it's got tons of grease/grime near the handles that's difficult to remove.

Does anyone have a good recommendation for a cleaning solution that will get years-old grease off of this rough/matte finish? I can't be the only one with this problem...

I will need to hold off until some lower Q's come out. I can't bring myself to buy something when I know it will be cheaper some time down the road.

Thanks anyway

$349 is the best price on the 44" and has been for quite awhile. It's not going back down.

I picked up the 44" cabinet for $349. last month. That was a great deal, a nice box for the money. The 44" blows away anything sears has for that price.

My plan is to put the 26" box setup next to the 44".
Can't see paying $200 for the smaller box they have for the 44".
For a little more cash alot more storage can be had.

Get some Purple Power or Castrol Super Clean from the Walmart automotive section and put some in a spray bottle and use it full strength. It should wipe off pretty easily or come out with a little scrubbing action. Then just go over it with a wet rag to get any excess cleaner off. If the grease has been on there for a really long time, it might have stained the finish but you should be able to get most if not all of the grease off.

There's now 5 or 6 here. I hit 3 in a loop on parking lot sales and 1/2 Goodwill days.

For a while, the one 5 minutes away was between house and work. I stopped before work and on the way home when it was a bigger deal about using the free item coupons.
