I know I stacked a few years together back in 2012 or something on RewardSurveys but they stopped doing those subs after a while.
Never found another site that had them for free.

On wsj website is also appears that digital access is always included with a print subscription. So I would guess it is included.

Were you denied based on the account number?
I will give it a try once my print subscription starts.
I did not enter any credit card information when I checked out last week.
If you sign up for one of the $2 magazines they offer during checkout, then you have to give your credit card information (and yes its auto renewal).

Sadly, this offer required me to input my credit card information underneath 3200 miles + $0 (with an auto renew provision after the first year) for the WSJ before the next window with the $2 magazines appeared (which I declined).
Also again I did have to provide my credit card. The attached screen shot also shows it is not needed.
