Just received a text from Verizon Wireless. Get $300 off a new iPhone X when upgrading. Sign in and accept offer. Promo credits applied over 24 months.

My feeling is that this is just the beginning. More deals to come. Apple is giving deals overseas and their sales are declining. Waiting for BOGO iPhone XR with no trade and no new line.

This can't be combined with the BOGO iPhone XR can it? I know the iPhone X and XR are two separate phones, but when I click the link to the offer through my phone it has all iPhone X, XR, and XS phones listed.

Mine is saying it can but not confirming at checkout. Just shows the $12.50 off on the iPhone X over 24 months.

I was able to get it combined with the Buy the XR and get $750 off the X. However, you need one of them to be a new line. I am trying to figure out how to do this and then cancelling the new line while adding the phone to another line and keeping the credits. I dont want to change phone numbers and I dont want to pay for an extra line not being used.

How were you able to combine them? I added an X as an upgrade to my existing line and then added a XR as a new line and only see the 31.25 being taken off the X, was hoping to see 12.50 taken off as well.

I had to chat with a rep to get it done. I paid for the XR and got the X basically for free minus taxes. But they are through credits.

I was able to get $300 off the X for my current line and got the XR for free for the new line. So after bill credits I will be paying $25. Essentially getting the X for $600 and the XR for free. They said the catch was the upgrade line had to be an X and the free phone had to be less than the price of the X. So if I upgraded to an X with 256GB I would have been able to get an XS but unfortunately the XS Max was not possible. Activation fee was also waived.

They forced me to complete the transaction over online chat and I got disconnected 3 times and was forced to start over again and again. Supposedly the deal ends today but who knows

Given the dismal sales numbers, Apple should slash the price without any kind of trade in to recover from the slump or go irrelevant like Blackberry

completely unrelated question for anyone who knows. If i buy a non-sprint iphone x/xr/xs that is unlocked can i activate on the sprint network ? i know it used to be a problem for the older models but i don't think it is anymore ?? hope someone could chime in . thanks.
