I've been watching for a deal on this and this is a pretty good one as it's the same price as the 4-1 machines and includes the riser. Folks complain about the spinner control on this but check youtube for a simple fix for that.

The trackball and spinner and just garbage.
monitors are failing at a crazy rate
you need to call for a "paint protector" or your paint will fade within hours of using it
Some games shipped with game breaking glitches (rampage, galaga)
street fighter shipped with mono sound so some of the sounds don't come out of the left speaker
customer support has been very spotty
they have been heavily discounted at walmarts (not the 12-1)
