To port to h2o, use the following link, and choose "h2o Pay As You Go" under Service Type. You don't have to fund the account.
h2o may automatically switch your plan to the $30 plan, which is currently free if you port/activate between February 1, 2019 and March 31, 2019 [h2owirelessnow.com], as seen on your email confirmation. You can ignore it or take advantage of it. The account will be automatically cancelled after 30 days of no fund [h2owirelessnow.com].

You can, just cancel the Sprint line within 14 days, and Sprint will refund all service charges [sprint.com] (including any monthly recurring charges, activation fee, and all associated taxes and fees). I would recommend porting out the Sprint number quietly instead of calling Sprint to cancel because Sprint employees don't like people add and cancel lines to take advantage of deal like this. Porting out the number automatically cancels the line/account.

It's an unlocked phone. You can use it on any carrier
so, is it $95 if I don't get refund from Sprint? no other fees
