Clearance is typically cheaper but you'll find a lot of stuff that's defective there. Certainly more than you would at a Factory Store, which tends to be just overstock they're trying to unload.

Clearance stores might have odd-fitting clothes or mismatched stuff. But it's worth a shot.

Your clearance store must be jacked up. The Chicago area ones don't sell I'll fitting clothes or defective goods. I've seen a few B stocks there, but It's mainly stuff that didn't quickly sell out, samples, returns etc. The only thing I don't like about clearance stores compared to factory stores is everything is in the top removed boxes in the clearance stores.
