    For a 77 C8"? If so, I can't seem to find any record of a past slickdeal for that amount. I think it would have been a guarantee to be on Frontpage. I saw postings for $4999 around that time in November though...

    If you are on fence then use citi card with price rewind option so that at least you can save is another $200.

    FYI, if you do care about warranty then 4yr coverage from Sq Trade will cost you another $99 if bought from Authorized dealer. You will need to pay about $300 more for the same coverage if bought from other 3rd party sellers. And Citi cards do extend warranty for 2 more years. So in total at least 5yr warranty for $99 is possible if bought from authorized seller only. I hope you see my point.
