Costco is offering a $5.00 manufacturing savings off a twin pack of (0.75 gal container) of Wet & Forget which works out to $0.10/oz. The regular in-store price is $24.99. Or you can buy it online for $26.99 [costco.com] with free shipping. For comparison Home Depot sells a 1 gallon container for $30.8 $ ($0.24/oz) and Walmart sells it for $28.71 ($0.22/oz).

This is a concentrate cleaner that is mixed with water (1:5 ratio) and I use it for removing the algae on my house siding.

I keep buying this over and over... I buy it, use it, and forget about it and then think to myself I really need to get this... Frustrating!

I have algae on my house siding, is this product recommended or should I just stick to power washing?

Buy this. Bleach didn't work on my pavers this worked in a day. Great deal

Edited to add: I have also used it on moss on the roof and retaining walls, kills it very quickly.

My paver patio is in an area where there is constant humidity and it's fairly shaded most of the day, as a result They turn green (even after sealing) it's very annoying. Power washing is difficult and not good for the pavers also removes the sand from the joints. Bleach, even straight has no effect nor does white vinegar or oxygenated bleach agitated with a broom. This stuff works great, I have to treat the patio at least 2-3 times a season (metro Detroit climate). Costco has the best price always on it. It works better for me at least if I mix it stronger than recommended.

The patio is 1400 square feet so any other method is time consuming. I put this stuff in a pump sprayer and I'm done for 6-8 weeks.

This stuff is made of magic and works. It's not instantaneous like bleach-based products but it's better as it keeps cleaning over time and that means things stay clean.

You may be diluting it too much?
use more product/less water.

When I originally discovered this type of product. I read reviews and comparisons.
I ultimately decided that the best product for (me) in South FL, was Spray and Forget http://www.sprayandforget.com/

My neighbors end up having to Pressure wash tile roofs every 1-2 years.
I spray and forget every Front (more shade) 3+ years and Back (mostly sun) 4+ years laugh out loud

Some areas like landscape edgers have to be done more frequently about 2 years

I have to stain and reseal a wooden fence + wooden deck.

Can I use this to clean the wood ahead of treatment and after a few days go and treat the wood?

It should, I've never tried it but it works on vertical brick surfaces.

I dilute it so it's stronger than recommended and it works quite well. I think the green reforms because of close proximity to fresh water (Great Lakes) and high humidity, little sun and poor air circulation.
