They have the patio furnitures out now so the regular furnitures are on clearance. I got the bainbridge kyra sofa chaise for $749.97 down from $949, its $1150 online.

Woodland Hills and Northridge has this sale....

They also have leather sectionals sofa for $1500 and fabric sectional around $600 if I remember correct

Not the modular one. This is the sofa with attached chaise and ottoman 3pc. I considered the modular sofa but decided against it.

Okay, may be talking about same one I think. I may have used "modular" incorrectly, but I believe you can scoot ottoman up to make either side longer. How do you like it so far? Recommend??

So far so good. Good back cushion support, bouncy pocket coil seat cushion and nice seat depth. The chaise part is so comfy I fell asleep on it after putting it together.

But same one is available at Northridge for 399.97....
