If you currently have any kind of Saphire personal card that is active, you will NOTqualify for bonus points, even if you are approved.
If you close your Saphire card recently, you will need to wait 48 months from the date you received the previous Saphire bonus before applying to get the new card's bonus points.
Be careful not to waste a hard credit pull
Chase T&C:
"The product is not available to either (i) current cardmembers of any Sapphire credit card, or (ii) previous cardmembers of any Sapphire credit card who received a new cardmember bonus within the last 48 months. If you are an existing Sapphire customer and would like this product, please call the number on the back of your card to see if you are eligible for a product change. You will not receive the new cardmember bonus if you change products."
95 af is not waived for first year basically previously it was 50k with 95 waived first year now it's 60k with 95 af so pretty much the same
Also I'll get csr rather than csp if you spend 3400+ in travel, dining etc
It is pretty straightforward. When you use your card for ANY travel purchase (like Airbnb, airfare, hotels, Lyft, Uber, parking, some tolls, and many others), you will automatically be reimbursed, until you've spent a total of $300 on travel. In other words, Chase will pay for the first $300 in travel you spend each year with your card.

I got a CSR three years ago and it is still active. Can I apply for this card and get the bonus points?
Only if you did not get a signup bonus when you opened your CSR, such as if you did not meet the spending requirements. In that weird case you'd be able to either downgrade or close your existing CSR, and then apply for the CSP or a new CSR.
Ebay has sellers offering $100 if you use their referral link. Has anyone else tried this?
It's a personal choice. You really have nothing to lose, other than possibly not receiving your promised $100. Just depends if you want to give someone on eBay a referral bonus in exchange for hopefully receiving some money in return, or if you want to help out a family member/friend/community member/etc.
There's two risks involved. One is risk of someone just not paying out as they promised and there's also risk of the flaws in the referral process.
For someone to payout $100 takes a major whack out of their referral bonus, especially considering that they now have to pay taxes on the referral bonus. Max value of the referral is $225 if they're transferred to the CSR and redeemed for travel. If you only consider cash value, it's only $150. After paying out $100 in cash and paying taxes on the full $150, it's arguable if it's worth the effort for a legit seller. That makes you have to at least question if someone will follow through on paying out.
The referral system isn't perfect either. Say that seller has three people use their link, but he only receives two referral bonuses from Chase. He has no way of knowing who did or did not properly use their link, and whether the issue was on Chase's end or on the applicant's end. Options/success paths for the seller to try and get the missing bonus are pretty limited. So who does he pay $100 to? If he pays all three people based on good faith, he barely breaks even and likely is at a net loss once you factor in taxes. Saying that the referral bonus never posted on their end is an out they can take to avoid paying out and you really have no way to prove either way.
I know I've had people say they applied using my referral link before and then not received the associated bonus, so it definitely happens. I've also received double and triple bonuses for a single Marriott referral. It's not common, but just saying the system is perfect.
Sorry for the long response, it's just a topic that comes up time and time again on credit card and point forums. I personally use referral links from family or friends, or from someone who has helped me out online on the forums with credit card information/strategies as a way of helping out a friend or family member, or giving back to a community member.
Which card is better between CSP vs CSR? Currently i have Sapphire card (converted to no annual fee card after first year) which was opened in 2014. To take advantage of this promotion, Can i cancel and apply again? How long should i wait to re-apply?

Really depends on the person and how much you value the added benefits of the CSR vs the extra cost of the CSR's annual fee (AF). Keep in mind the CSR's $300 travel credit essentially cancels out $300 of the AF, effectively making it $150. So think of it as $150 vs $95 AFs.
The real value of the CSR is for someone who travels and will utilize TSA pre-check and lounge access. The extra value for redeeming points for travel, 1.5X with the CSR vs 1.25X with the CSP is definitely nice, but that benefit is largely nil right now since the CSP is offering an extra 10k points on the signup bonus. However if you plan to continue to open Chase UR cards to get signup bonuses and transfer those points to the CSR for redemption, that's a big plus in the CSR's favor.
Both cards can be downgraded after the first year to a no-AF card, like the Freedom or Freedom Unlimited.
For your situation, as long as you last received a signup bonus on a Sapphire card more than 48 months ago, you can downgrade your current Sapphire card (or close it), and then reapply. You would be eligible for the signup bonus. I'd recommend waiting at least a week before reapplying after doing a product change.
he already told you how- " It will behoove people to read up on transferring to travel partners."
Generally transfers to Hyatt for hotels, or many airlines for coach seats, will get you 2-2.5 cents per point.... airline transfers for business or first class seats can often get you 5-10 cents per point.
For example we recently paid 60,000 points roundtrip for business class tickets between Dulles and Dublin on Aer Lingus- that's a nearly $5000 ticket in cash for the dates we flew (and even on the cheapest dates is typically a $3000 or so ticket)
Hi, can you please help to explain how you can find out which airline allow to transfer to? is there a link specify any airline that can transfer the point to?
Recently I just used the Chase portal to book my ticket with my 70,000 points (CSP), it only equal to $850, that i can book a roundtrip economy ticket to hong kong during June.
I am planning to downgrade the CSP card to avoid the AF since I got this card last year; so to wait for the 48 months (+1 month which i got my points after 1 month) to open another CSR (if avaliable bonus at that time).
