Update: The premium plan is now $45 before autopay discount, but no longer includes Uber credits. For those that don't use Uber, but pay for Amazon Prime, that now makes this plan the best deal.

Update: You can dial *2 from your Sprint phone to have your account converted. https://community.sprint.com/t5/E...swAdDfoPeA

Sprint reached out and tells us that the link in the OP is outdated and this one https://community.sprint.com/t5/E...-p/1033393 is the newer, corrected one.
I didn't want to edit the OP but if the OP wanted to edit to have this link.. that would be great.

Note: Sprint stated they were in the process of of migrating all SERO accounts to SWAC, so you can either initiate the move yourself if you wish, or wait until they eventually get to your account.

Here is the dedicated customer service email. [email protected]
When I last used it, they took a full day to reply, but did so personably and thoroughly.

I called Sprint CSR and they told me my SWAC plan will not change. So I went ahead and swapped the sim. So far it seems no change. My sprint account still the same as before.

Now sprint asks me to change to T-Mobile SIM. Anyone did this? Will I lose my plan, if I switch to T-Mobile sim?
I haven't switched yet, but I know my sprint service has been getting worse over the past month or two.

Now I have switched to Tmobile for almost a year and no price changes. However, I started to noticed that the original perks are disappearing one by one. Thus, I suggest you activate the free perks now even if you dont need it.
