The only things I have to get over to buy it given my purposes is:
1) It's kinda silly heavy for a 13" 2-in-1. 3.8 lbs is typically what you see from a 15" ultrabook. <3.5 lbs, much closer to 3 lbs, is what you normally are getting with a 13". This is really dense/heavy for its size.
2) A lot of small laptops that have Ryzen 7 have overheating problems. Gotta do a bit of research on how this one holds up, otherwise it'll throttle in the middle of games and that won't do.
UPDATE:
For #1 above, seem to have found some indication that this is an older chassis/case from 2016, that was repurposed for the Ryzen model. That's why it has such a thick bezel and is 3.8 lbs... it's an "older model" design with newer tech inside.
For #2 above, though, this older larger case with a good fan actually keeps the Ryzen 7 from overheating pretty well, compared to other thinner modern cases/chassis. So sort of a trade off there. Anyway, stuff I found seemed to indicate this kept warm but not hot under the keyboard and on the bottom.

Site says 2 slots 1 being used, which begs me to ask how its 12gb but yes allows 32 but Dell only supports 16gb it states

Edit - Never mind got it. You have to hit a little checkbox when adding to cart.
I think this is a nice deal. The Ryzen5 goes for more used than this one new after discount.
