Lol. I think they probably state limit of 2/day for legal reasons. Here are the ingredients from the website:
COLD-BREW COFFEE (FILTERED WATER, COFFEE EXTRACT, CAFFEINE), CORN SYRUP.

I couldn't find anything about the shelf life on the website but in the Amazon Q&A's someone stated shelf stable was on their box. It looked like people had them a couple years with no problems.
