Is the whole season available yet? Has anyone purchased and watched more than one episode?

It seems that I can purchase the whole season (HD for $15 and SD for $10) but it won't let me purchase individual episodes or even show me a preview image for any episode except the first one.

Or is this being released as a weekly episode series and I'd have to wait week to week regardless?
