The 30 business days was changed to 60 days because a lot of people complained if it didn't come within 30 days and they didn't realize it was business days. This is just 60 days but should still come around the 30 day window

As long as you're approved for an account with hsbc through this link you'd be eligible. I'm not sure what all of their rules are, but if its under a different person at the same address it should be fine
If it indeed means 60 calendar days then it should clearly be mentioned. The term "60 days" is vague and people using slick deals will know that it's always business days unless otherwise mentioned.
There is Citi Bank, they offer 2.36 APY
