I just sent another email and would appreciate some help, either via email or as a reply in this thread. My account application was submitted via the SD offer 4/15, and I received my welcome email from HSBC 4/16, then submitted the form on 4/17. My account remains open and is associated with the same email address as my SD profile. The form response email was included in my email to SD 6/24, and I'm happy to provide the HSBC emails or account details if necessary. A response would be greatly appreciated.
