That's odd. Are you sure it was a hard pull? Mine seems to have been a soft pull and didn't even show up on my credit karma over 2 months later. I've been accessing credit reports to check disputes for all 3 bureaus and haven't seen it there, either.
I set up my own username when I set up the online banking login and set a security device. If you haven't gotten to that point yet, try the email address you registered with.

Emailed Slickdeals after 60 days, they said they didn't have a record for me but accepted the opening email from HSBC as proof.
Got my $125 on 7/05
I still have a100% completion rate on rebates and I've done at least 3 slickdeals ones. Rebates are for those who follow directions and follow through no matter what issues arise, not for those who expect to just have it handed to them. Thanks Slickdeals!.
