Opened the account back in May. Submitted request when acct was approved at the end of May. Received conformation of request received on June 2. Haven't heard a peep since...

Well, it did take them a week to reply to each email. The first replies asked for more info. The last reply stated I would get the bonus in the next batch but it has been about 2 week and many others appear to have received payments in the last week.
Not sure what is better - silence or info that does not appear to be accurate.
