I assume your drive in uses FM radio. How would you input the signal to this? I think this is only bt. I currently bring an old ghetto blaster from the '80's to the drive in and wouldn't mind using something modern myself.
It should be almost full range enough to get you a good experience. It won't be shaking windows and stuff.
Also this is not a radio. it is a bluetooth speaker, so unless you have an FM receiver to get audio source from, you won't be able to tune this to the drive in movie.
Yeah I was going to Ebay the battery/ charger since I already have tons but when I saw that on the receipt... that's what I'm doing. Have the toughsystem radio but wanted something smaller as well. Tried the Dcl060 and didn't like it at all. We'll see how this one does....

You are correct. The manual linked on the HD site says it has a radio, but they linked the wrong model number.
