I've been watching for this deal for a while, updating previous deals here:

It is an Amazon UK Deal of the day, and is listed on the site for GBP 117.99.

When you add it to your cart, and select a US address, VAT is subtracted, and the price drops to GBP 98.32. Finally, add standard shipping to get a total price of GBP 107.02. If you have an American Express card with zero foreign transaction fees, pay with that, and you can save a little over Amazon's exchange fees. Otherwise, if you allow Amazon to convert the price to USD, the price should be $145.19 -- still, significantly lower than the best deals in the US.
The remote and hub are the same as the US version, but you can either buy a US adapter for $10, or use any USB micro adapter to charge the remote. The Logitech charger version is P/N 993-001117, and can be found here (thanks 71sbeetle):

Followed your steps, used my Amex Platinum and Standard shipping and was invoiced for $145 USD.
I'm not sure how I can save a bit more on FX fees? Are you saying the conversion to $145 is the ONLY conversion available and that with an applicable AMEX card with $0 FX fees, I pay no additional charges on top for the transaction?
In any case, I'll gladly pay $145, but I was wondering how I could have gotten it down to $140 instead.
I got this bundle, and set up the elite remote with my existing hub.
But I then tried to setup the hub in a different room, but it refuses to finish setup process without the elite remote.

They make wall plug chargers for the batteries to charge them that way when the charge connector goes that's what I did.
