Uhm the 1TB 970 Evo plus is rated at 600 TB writes over 5 years while the 1TB SX8200 Pro is rated at 640 TB writes for the same 5 years... So how does Samsung offer a longer 'lifespan'?

Do people know whether this model has that issue where it is difficult to copy an existing SSD to this (migrate hard drives)?

Hoping to upgrade to this but don't want a headache. Saw the Sabrent drives were cheap and fast but only good for fresh installs.

In my HP laptop when I tested I got 2400/1800 I believe, so some portion depends on rest of the hardware but for me it's fast enough🙂

Who the hell is massgenie. Pass and get the HP 920 for $135 instead.
What's the rationale?

I was so close to buying this but went for the 970 Evo plus instead for $200 because Samsung offers longer lifespan. Had this deal shown up before, I would have purchased this instead for sure. Almost same speed for over $60 cheaper.
