I tried various ways to apply the 20% coupon, as I have paper coupons and online coupons.It says 'Sorry, this manufacturer does not allow coupons on their products. For more information, please see the details and exclusions for this offer'. How did you get it to apply?

The last time this deal hit I chose "reserve online, pay at store". When I picked it up I told them they could leave it by the door/service desk rather than take it to the register because the box is so huge. I paid and used the coupon at the register with no issues. The cashier didn't see or pay attention to what I was buying so the coupon wasn't an issue.

The oven is awesome by the way.

Also had this work with coupon in store last year. Oven is great - larger volume and air fry is a nice upgrade. Came from an old BOV800XL.

Ships exactly as it would if new. Sometimes they give you an Amazon box, sometimes they do not. Sometimes the product is correct when described at purchase, sometimes it is not. Crap shoot. Easy Free returns with Prime. I've bought Used Acceptable many times. I've gotten new open box with everything looking like it was never pulled out. Other times I've gotten every part missing and damage to the unit. Human error at Amazon Warehouse is 100%. Roll the dice.
