I'm pretty sure I can't be the only person to have found this deal, but I searched for it & couldn't find any mention so here we are.

Malwarebytes is offering 4-year Premium licenses for $5 a device. This offer is for students only & you have to verify with StudentBeans to get the coupon code to apply at checkout.

Verifying through StudentBeans just takes a valid .edu email address. I can confirm it works, I got 2 licenses for $10 and change.

I had the same issue. I was going to contact support, but I thought I'd log into my account on the Malwarebytes website first. It showed the renewal date being in 2023 so I'm thinking everything is okay.

Also be sure you log into your account on the website and turn off auto renew unless you want to pay a ton of money in four years. The auto renew setting is in the payment section of your account.

Don't forget to cancel auto renew otherwise you are going to be charged a whopping price after four years. Auto renewal is in the Payment Processing site which has a different domain.

Unfortunately not, all licences are "live" upon purchase (i.e. you will get second key expires 4 years from the day order is placed).

Did you ever get your code?

If not you can generate your own code pretty easily, even without a student edu email.
StudentBeans considers "yopmail" temporary email addresses as EDU emails for some reason.

So all you have to do is go to yopmail.com and get yourself a temporary email address and then use that to sign up with studentbeans. When it asks for school name just select any random school from the drop down.
Done. Now you can get your Malwarebytes discount code without having to purchase one from someone else (who probably did the exact same thing).
