Roku is offering a $4.99 FandangoNOW Digital Movie Rental Credit for Free on Select Roku Devices when you follow the instructions below. Thanks bru20
  1. On your Roku Streaming Device (using your remote)
    • Go to Settings
    • Go to Privacy
    • Go to Advertising
    • Press the Reset advertising identifier option and then Ok.
  2. Press the Home button on the remote to get to the screen with all of your Channels and look through the ads for a Discover Ad for a free $4.99 FandangoNOW Movie Rental.
  3. You might need to click Right and Left on your remote to cycle through the Ads until you find it.
  4. Once you find the Ad with the Credit offer, 'click' Get Code on the page that says Movie Night Alert
  5. The Movie Rental Code (up to $4.99) will then be emailed to the email linked with your Roku Device. Title of the email is "Movie Night Alert: Your offer from Discover and Roku"
  6. You may then redeem your code on FandangoNOW

Using your Roku look for a Discover ad for a free $4.99 FandangoNOW movie rental credit. Click on the ad and follow instructions, you'll receive an email code that can be used for a rental at FandangoNow.com.

You have to go back and forth between ads to find the Discover one but it showed quickly for me.

If you are having trouble finding the ad, try this...
  1. Go to Settings on your Roku
  2. Go to Privacy
  3. Go to Advertising
  4. Press the Reset advertising identifier option.
  5. Cycle through the ads again
I was able to find it after 3 cycles after doing this. Before I couldn't find it all after many tries. Good luck Smilie

I think I figured it out. Maybe. On my Roku I went to Settings -> Privacy -> Advertising and then I clicked on Reset advertising identifier and tried again. I found the ad now. Smilie

Nice. First time I've ever managed to get one of the specific ad/offers to show up for me. Granted I was close to calling it quits as it took a while for it to show for me.

Nothing so far on my Roku Ultra or Roku TV. Using Charter Spectrum in the Atlanta area if that makes any difference.

Tons of Roku channel & Sling TV ads. I'm sure I'll eventually find it. I think last time I stopped looking for it and then one day it showed up. Also, if you use the free screensaver called City Scroll: Movie Magic [roku.com] there are ads on that too.
