Also for those trying to submit a sip and scan code, make it about size of a quarter on your phone's screen when taking the pic. Not too big not too small.

I also used OP's advice to download User Agent Switcher Chrome extension and uploaded the same image 6 times to MCR website through my laptop.
All complete in less than 2 minutes! Hope this helps!
UPDATE: Now I can see it on my laptop,and on the internet on my phone, but not the app. Odd What a pain. I have real cans and codes and most would not work but the photos OP posted - some the same products I have - worked like a charm. Go figure.
