Have you gone through each one to make a recommendation to us? I've read a few dozen review sites and it narrows it down to about six names. No one seems to know which ones are better or the best.
You do realize with any of the lifetime deals there that YOU'RE the product right?
kinda defeats the purpose of a VPN if they're just going to turn your info over to someone else.
The only name i recognize on stack social right now is Nord which is more expensive.
-edited to say this is a great deal for one of the top VPNs currently out there, thanks OP !
-2nd edit. did some more research and seems to be a legit deal from a legit site, I just dont deal in Apple stuff ever so the site was never on my radar.
Are any of those reputable? Lifetime access for some of these seems unrealistic.
I got Ivacy VPN lifetime and it's working fine for me for what it's intended for.
I also got GooseVPN (just a 1-year deal not lifetime) for a specific purpose, and it's working flawless for that purpose.
YMMV.

.
IMO it depends on what's the intended use. In my case I use the VPN mostly for managing my overseas banking and watching movies&tv from overseas content providers. Also, I did not notice if my information was "turned over" to someone else by the services I purchased.
I currently have PIA and will not be renewing as it does not work with geolocked video in Canada and elsewhere, and US stuff when travelling abroad. ExpressVPN blows it out of the water. You get what you pay for.
If all you need is a good basic VPN, it might work for you.
I never use my Windscribe. It is unreliable compared to PIA and does not even unlock Canadian stuff from abroad, even though it's a Canadian company. Again, with VPNs, you get what you pay for.

Oh, and the Stacksocial offerings are crap.
Sounds like you have it set up incorrectly. I frequently switch between Vancouver and US based servers depending on services (including youtube) that I want access to, and it certainly does work with geolocked videos on youtube.
Amazon prime video content on the other hand doesn't play nice as it seems quite willing and able to block access entirely when using popular vpns.

That has much more to do with you than the VPN provider. All they give you is a local IP address. Streamers don't rely solely on IP addresses to geolock anymore since that's too easy to spoof. Your computer is the problem. It's leaking like a sieve. You probably have WebRTC on. That leaks out your real IP address even when you use a VPN. Even something as simple as your timezone not matching the IP address you are trying to spoof will cause a geolock. Lock down your machine and you will solve that problem.
Go to this website and see if you are leaking your real IP address.
