Walmart via Samsung Pay is offering up to 25% cash back in the below categories

25% cashback - Auto (excluding tires), sports & outdoors, baby clothing & gear, beauty*, health, pets, clothing, jewelry, furniture*, kitchen electrics, patio & garden, floorcare

15% cashback - home improvement, industrial & scientific

5% cashback - office, arts, crafts, sewing, cell phones, electronics, movies & TV shows, music on CD or vinyl, musical instruments, photo center toys, video games

EXCLUDES: Food, household, household essentials, personal care, books, personal care, grocery pickup
*Additional exclusions may apply

Users may earn up to $100 dollars in awards for each purchase

Exclusions (I'm not sure where these numbers are from/how to check) but the app provides a list for the entertainment furniture and kitchen electrics with the following terminology:
Cashback awards apply to the following entertainment furniture only
Cashback awards apply to the following Kitchen Electrics only

If you can't find Walmart in the cashback section.

Doesn't say. In the past 30% promotion, there were just limits per purchase ($100 in this case meaning $400 purchase if a 25% category) but people made multiple purchases that worked.

When I used SP around Black Friday with their Bestbuy promo, the cashback showed up pretty much right away. I forget the exact amount of time, but I want to say it was no more than an hour or so. I've only used it that one time.

samsung pay / walmart screwed everyone during the holidays by not giving the promised cashback. YMMV.

You have to click thru from the Samsung Pay app, which opens either in a web browser or Walmart app. When you complete your purchase, pay just like you normally would. No need to pay with Samsung Pay.

I ordered some shelving units a couple of days ago. Once they shipped, I immediately got a notice of pending cashback. You don't actually receive the cashback credit until the return period expires (to prevent gaming the system).
