Holy hell that's a great deal. Just did it and had gold thru 2/2022 and gamepass thru 10/19. Paid $1 now I have both thru 6/22!!! That's 3 YEARS of gamepass for $1! Thanks so much man best SD I've gotten in a while now

Try to find some cheap XBOX Live subs to maximize the deal BEFORE YOU BUY IT. Ultimate combines the amount of months you have left on Live + Game Pass.

Is it possible to switch from Xbox game pass ultimate back to regular Xbox live?

From the wording it sounds like it's not because it's a conversion.

I would think deals on ultimate would be a lot more infrequent than Xbox live, which means you may be stuck paying $10-$15 a month after it runs out since you can't downgrade.

If you turn off auto renew then let it run out you'll be good to make the switch

This is my hesitation to jump on this deal, too. Has anyone in the preview program tried to go back to just Live Gold?

They held a press conference a few months ago about this program that it was coming out, and they explained yes you can cancel anytime and go back to regular Xbox live, but again I would see what they say at today's press conference or go back and see the old conference for the details. I think the wording about not going back is once you combine your CURRENT gold and game pass subs with this deal it cannot be undone

Dame good deal. This is the best deal on live and game pass together. This is a no brainer for me. Dont over think this. Before you know if Microsoft will fix the glitch.

It works. I had gold until 8/2021 and gamepass until 6/2020 now they combined it and says my next charge of $14.99 will be 6/2022. Nice find! 3 years for another $1. Repped!
