How many people here get multiple subs from whatever means such as here or elsewhere and then consolidate them into one sub through customer service of the magazine ?
How many magazines have you dont this with?
How many magazines are you presently getting like this?

I've consolidated multiple print subscriptions over the years. However I am finding it increasingly difficult. Magazine CS websites no longer have the automatic option to combine duplicate subscriptions. My latest difficulties were Entertainment Weekly and This Old House. EW told me they combined the subs but they did not. Lucky it was only 8 issues. This Old House, I can't even get a response from CS.

I have actually been very successful with EW and our expiration date now is into 2032.
What I have not gotten lately are those value mag email freebies when selecting EW despite the voucher being accepted and confirmation emails coming. For that matter the Sports Illustrated freebies also have not come but it is less than 10 weeks so who knows.

By and large youre right about CS not being able or willing to merge dupes or second subs to a different family member for instance.

I am shocked your EW is out to 2032. As most only allow 5 years on the offers. Might be the issue with Value Mag.

Yes with This Old House the magazine is coming to 2 family members. They ignore the messages to combine. I should maybe try calling but with EW that was 36 minutes wasted and it didn't get combined.

EW was odd tho. I am still confused how that happened. The address and name portions were the EXACT same. It was so weird it wasn't automatically combined.

You need to look for the publishers phone number and call and ask for the office of the president or chief executive officer and complain that having 2 legit subs which are yours or your family's means youre free to merge as you like ,depending upon your locale consumer affairs can assist too if you reach out but usually the publishers will have someone to assist.
