I was in on that deal! And the canopy lasted about 2 days at the beach before one side got bent beyond repair.

Don't get me wrong — these current batch of Ozark Trail deals are great values, but when you're counting on them for quality and they fail, you will wish you had sprung for the beefier Coleman or similar (we just paid $110 for the Coleman 10x10 with shade wall at Target and the construction quality is night and day vs Ozark trail — far more different than I expected for just a $50 retail price difference).

Just saying — if anything goes wrong, you will look cheap. Because it is cheap. And I've learned the hard way not to cheap out on canopies...

For short term, non-windy usage these are still pretty solid!
Just to state the obvious, the 10x10 is actually 8x8 of shade, and the 12x12 is actually 10x10.

But great prices.
Why is slant leg even a thing?

That is what I just asked my wife. Is there some type of advantage over straight leg?

The real deal was last year when you got a a canopy plus 2 stainless tumblers for around $40 and could return the tumblers, effectively getting the canopy for around $25. Don't think we will see that deal again.

How would these fair on the beach? If poorly can someone recommend a brand that'd do better?
