Just got a counter-offer of $2299 from Greentoe on the LG 65C9P model OLED65C9PUA ! I received a counter-offer at a slightly higher price earlier in the week but I've been holding out and finally got them to $2299 alittle while ago. It's the same price as the NewEgg deal that went front page but this deal is from an authorized dealer! I don't want to stir up the whole authorized vs. unauthorized debate but all else being equal I decided why risk the no warranty and pulled the trigger on Greentoe so I get an authorized dealer. Awesome deal!
BTW – if you ask them about extended warranties add-ons they seem to be willing to discount. YMMV but they offered me 25% discount on an extended warranty, awesome deal so I grabbed that as well!

how did you negotiate the warranty?
It came double boxed and no issues so far. The stand is really heavy on this tv. It's nice that it supports every display and sound format out so far up to 2019.
Back to setting it up!
