FWIW I bought my wife one of their cups, the vacuum seal failed within 2 months of owning it, RTIC told me it wasn't covered and to just buy another one. I told them I'd never buy another one of their products again and that I'd tell everyone who'd listen not to support them.
I buy Wal-Mart's Ozark trail stuff with the lifetime warranty, but so far I've never needed it.

It depends on how you care for it. I myself have 2 rtic tumblers and have never had an issue 2 or 3 years later. I got 1 when it was real cheap to have Alexa order the tumber.

Mine was a birthday gift for my wife, she only used it indoors and hand washed it with warm water. But I'm glad yours have worked well for you.
I'm just trying to get my $20 worth of bad publicity out of RTIC since they wouldn't help me. Telling any customer who bought anything that failed in under 90 days to "just buy another" feels like a slap in the face IMO...

Walmart brand all the way. It's the same product! Why pay more? Quality control? I can go to the store and sift through every mug they have to pick the best one. AND lifetime warranty... Lol @ yeti and rtic.

Lol yeah, I get it. But it's a mug. If it needs replacing, it's because it doesn't keep my drink cold. At worst, it starts to leak. It won't kill me. At least not in any scenario I can think of.

I disagree. My cheap Walmart brand can't keep water cold like my rtic can. I thought the same thing until I used both of them.
I dont have a problem with either brands and I own multiple products from each brand. I like that Rtic has more offerings at reasonable prices compared to Yeti.

My cheap Walmart brand keeps water and ice cold all day, in my car, in Orlando.
It's a mug, not a cooler.
