Tip: noticed some bottles are flimsy where outer wall can be squeezed fairly easily with light pressure. other bottles are tougher to squeeze the outer wall.. i chose latter and they are actually heavier...yes weighed them on the scale.

Great idea buy this then buy another $7 cap separately ! slick af
It already comes with the cap. If you broke it you are either unlucky, user error, or the cap you had was lower quality. I have the $7 caps and they work well, 0 issues
I had this for about a year and used it daily for the gym. Other water bottles this size are at least this price for just one. I lost mine this week at TSA checkpoint and just purchased these again yesterday. It has a better clip design and a rubber boot, both welcome additions versus the older version.
Reviews and comparisons state that this cannot keep ice frozen for as long as HydroFlasks, but for less than half the price I'll happily go with these.

Op linked a review that showed quite the opposite. Thermo flask beat hydro flask and hydro was one of the worst
I have a pair from back when they were still branded as Takeya and I love mine. Keep cold for forever, even my black one, and the lid is my favorite part. So easy to drink or pour out of. It's a million times better than the lid on my RTIC 1 gallon jug. So unless they completely changed the design when they changed the branding these should be great too. If they do suck, just return them.
Got the 20 oz twin pack online and have been using it daily at the gym ever since. 40 oz is a bit too big for my liking, but otherwise holds up great and keeps water cold for long periods of time
I have had these for about a year and do not feel they perform well. Mine sweat at the cap. The outside becomes cold from the contents and the contents do not stay cold for a considerable amount of time. The cap functions well besides the fact that it does sweat and therefore does not insulate adequately. I regret the purchase even at the lower price point.
my experience related to this product is with Ozark Trail, Yeti, Camelback, and Nalgene.
