I recently took advantage of the UsenetSever offer of 12 months for $20 which renews at this rate each year. It has a good VPN (great speed and NO LEAKS) but the 'global search' isn't all that great.

I had a little problem signing up for for Newshosting as it wouldn't proceed when I chose PayPal using Firefox, however no problem when signing up via Chrome.

From what I can tell, Newshosting and UsenetServer are using the same VPN. No problem when using it with my Newshosting username and password. Speed is great and NO LEAKS.

The Newshosting newsreader is VERY nice. Searches for what you want and downloads it quickly.

From my initial usage, this Newshosting deal is highly recommended, especially when comparing it to the regular prices.

I see that if canceled there is no credit for unused service. That sucks.

Is this a deal direct from Newshosting or is this a second party deal from somewhere else? I would like to get this but will end up with 2 accounts with them and will have to remember to cancel the other before my next renewal.
I can't find this deal anywhere on the newshosting site other than the link from here.

So was this a special deal emailed out?
