The G920 / G29 has more immediate response, has nicer pedals, a nicer feeling wheel rim, it doesn't require a loud fan for cooling, and Logitech support and durability are great, but the wheel isn't as smooth and may feel notchy, it doesn't have as much force, and it will have an awful loud clank if you set force feedback too high (which, to be fair, you shouldn't do). The optional shifter is only $50 and has a nice, short throw, but it's mostly plastic and has little resistance.
Most prefer a smoother wheel with more force, and thus the T300 - and this is a great price for it.
But if you value more immediate feedback over smoothness, the G29 / G920 is a great option. And if you're on PC, get the G29 because it has around 8 more buttons than the G920 and thus is like getting a free button box.

I have one question the T300RS GT T3PA Pedals seem to be a little different than the T150 Pro T3PA's, is that just an aesthetic thing, or perhaps a difference between ad's?

This is great deal, just picked one up on eBay for $230 and I thought I got a good deal at the time.
Honestly just buy this, you will not regret it. I spent way too much time trying to decide and chose the Thrustmaster for now because I wanted a larger wheel and a smoother action. And yes the add-ons for this are pricey.

The G29 has more immediate response, I think the fit and finish on the rim is better, the pedals feel better, and there's no loud fan to make noise and possibly break down. The matching shifter is 1/3 the price, and feels better to me. Logitech durability and support are great. But it's not as smooth, or offers as much force. You have to adjust your FFB settings to avoid clipping.
The T300 is smooth, and offers more force, and while you still need to adjust your FFB settings to avoid clipping, you have more range to work with. But the response isn't as immediate, the pedals don't feel as nice, the rim doesn't feel as nice, there's a loud fan that may need to be replaced down the line, and Thrustmaster durability and support have not been great historically. The matching shifter is 3 times the price and needs an additional $30-40 in mods to make it feel good.
If you want the smoothest feedback, get the T300. If you want more immediate feedback, and don't mind if the wheel sometimes feels notchy (which I honestly don't notice while racing), then stick with the G29.
If you want smooth turning and feedback, the T300 is where it's at. If you value more immediate feedback over smoothness, you may be happier with the T150 (or a Logitech wheel).
I find the T300 fan bothersome, but then I'm really sensitive to noise. All the my PC fans and components are optimized to be as silent as possible because fan noise really bothers me.
I also think you greatly exaggerate and misrepresent the dead zone on the G29. There is a force feedback dead zone at top dead center - which rarely manifests in games since when you're driving perfectly straight there are usually no forces acting on the wheel. I only ever notice it when driving off-road in games that support it, where I won't feel the bumps when driving perfectly straight. It's a non-issue for most race track based games, and some games handle it better than others - for example, it's virtually eliminated in Assetto Corsa.
There is no steering input dead zone on the G29. The wheel tracks your input perfectly from one extreme to the other. You do not have to turn the G29 more, nor is it an issue when going through S curves. It sounds like it may have been a calibration issue with your G29, because there is no steering input dead zone.
Again, this T300 dead is great. It's an excellent entry level wheel. I just wanted to point out the strengths and weaknesses of each wheel for those trying to decide, because while most prefer the T300, there are those that value more immediate feedback and may be happier with the G29 (or even the T150). And there are also those that may be bothered by the fan, or the pedals, or the shifter, or had their T300 break on them and received poor support from Thrustmaster.
If you're on PC, for the same price I would just get the Fanatec CSL pedals with load cell, which will be strictly better than both.
