I bought mario party when it first came out in a power deal didn't have any problem at all. Just have to wait for the power deal to be over before it ships and everything.
Yes they are legit. Whenever you buy a game or card like this though they do physically mail you the card. It's a little silly seeing as it's just a code in a card but if you can deal with a little shipping time you'll definitely get your item.

I bought this last night and received a digital code within the hour.
I know it's not quite the same as a digital code, but I bought a Nintendo Switch Pro Controller from them a few months back through a Power Deal. Was skeptical until it arrived, but the experience turned out to be great and the product was as advertised. Fast shipping, too.
