HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
STEP 1: REGISTRATION:
(a) Internet: Visit budlightsquares.mycooler.com and follow the online instructions to register your account ("Account") for the "Bud Light NFL Squares" game ("Game").
(b) QR Code: Use your smart phone or other web-enabled device with data plan to scan the Sweepstakes quick response ("QR") code featured on signs or promotional materials with the QR read application already installed on your phone. You will be directed to a mobile Web page at budlightsquares.mycooler.com. Follow the online instructions to register your Account for the Game.
STEP 2: EARN MY COOLER REWARDS POINTS TO REDEEM FOR ENTRIES:
Once you have registered your Account, you can earn My Cooler Rewards points to redeem for Entries as follows (see Step 3 for redemption details):
(a) Registration: Once you have registered your Account, you will earn fifty (50) My Cooler Rewards points.
(b) Game Play: Follow the online instructions on your Account dashboard to play the Game ("Play"). You will earn five (5) My Cooler Rewards points per Play. Limit three (3) Plays per person per day. All Plays must be received and recorded during the Sweepstakes Period. No other forms of Play are valid.
(c): Winning a Square: You will earn fifty (50) My Cooler Rewards points per square won.
(d) Consistency Bonus: The more often you play the Game, the more My Cooler Rewards points you can earn as outlined below:
10 Plays: Once you have accrued ten (10) Plays, you will receive fifty (50) My Cooler Rewards points.
20 Plays: Once you have accrued twenty (20) Plays, you will receive one-hundred (100) My Cooler Rewards points.
30 Plays: Once you have accrued thirty (30) Plays, you will receive one-hundred fifty (150) My Cooler Rewards points.
40 Plays: Once you have accrued forty (40) Plays, you will receive two-hundred (200) My Cooler Rewards points.
50 Plays: Once you have accrued fifty (50) Plays, you will receive two-hundred fifty (250) My Cooler Rewards points.
60 Plays: Once you have accrued sixty (60) Plays, you will receive three-hundred (300) My Cooler Rewards points.
70 Plays: Once you have accrued seventy (70) Plays, you will receive three-hundred fifty (350) My Cooler Rewards points.
(e) Refer a Friend: Follow the online instructions on your Account dashboard to refer a friend who is twenty-one (21) years of age or older to play the Game. You will receive fifty (50) My Cooler Rewards points for each referral who registers and creates an account to play the Game (subjection to verification). There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit during the Sweepstakes Period.
STEP 3: HOW TO REDEEM MY COOLER REWARDS POINTS FOR ENTRIES:
(a) My Cooler Rewards (New Members): Follow the online instructions on your Account dashboard to create a My Cooler Rewards account. Once you have created your My Cooler Rewards account, look for the Sweepstakes mention. You must redeem fifty (50) points to receive one (1) entry into the random drawing ("Entry"). Points will be deducted from your My Cooler Rewards account at the time of redemption. Enter as often as you wish. There is no purchase required to register for My Cooler Rewards or earn My Cooler Rewards points.
(b) My Cooler Rewards (Existing Members): Follow the online instructions on your Account dashboard to log into your My Cooler Rewards account and look for the Sweepstakes mention. You must redeem fifty (50) points to receive one (1) entry into the random drawing (also an "Entry"). Points will be deducted from your My Cooler Rewards account at the time of redemption. Enter as often as you wish. There is no purchase required to register for My Cooler Rewards or earn My Cooler Rewards points.
PRIZE DETAILS:
Prize (1 total): Winner will receive two (2) tickets to Super Bowl LVIl scheduled to occur on February 5, 2023 in Glendale, Arizona. Game date is subject to change. Seating assignments to be determined by Sponsor, at Sponsor's sole discretion, and subject to availability and change. Air transportation, ground transportation, accommodations, meals, gratuities, personal purchases and all other expenses not specified herein are solely winner's responsibility. If winner cannot accept prize as specified, prize will be forfeited and will be randomly awarded to an alternate winner (time permitting). Approximate Retail Value is $14,000.00. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded.
If the prize cannot be awarded for any reason including Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage, COVID-19 or any other natural disaster outside of Sponsor's control that may cause the cancellation of Super Bowl LVII, then $14,000.00 (awarded in the form of pre-paid cards or a check made payable to winner) will be awarded in lieu of the prize.
PRIZES: There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner and seven (7) Second Prize Winners.
The Grand Prize Winner ("Winner"), upon the Administrator's confirmation of eligibility, will receive one (1) Wine Enthusiast Classic 80 Bottle Cellar, one (1) set of Zenology Wine Glasses, and one (1) Coravin Pivot Wine Preservation System ("Prize" or "Grand Prize"). The Grand Prize has an Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of $1,400.
Each Second Prize Winner ("Winner") will receive one (1) set of Zenology Wine Glasses, and one (1) Coravin Pivot Wine Preservation System ("Prize" or "First Prize"). Each Second Prize has an ARV of $234.
